Civil / Environmental Engineer with more than 30 years experience

Experienced in design and construction oversight for residential, commercial, industrial, and governmental projects. These projects have included roadways, parking lots, site preparation and earthwork, potable water distribution systems, ground level potable water storage facilities, potable water pumping stations, gravity sanitary and storm sewers, sanitary sewer pressure systems, storm water retention and control systems, and detention basins, as well as design and structural evaluation of earthen embankments, landfill design, multi-layer cap design, groundwater pump and treat remediation, site characterization, and RCRA hazardous waste site closures.

Have prepared feasibility studies, conceptual design reports, engineering reports, construction plans; and performed field inspection/supervision of construction operations for private/commercial sector companies, public utilities, governmental subcontractors, and governmental agencies.

Extensive public speaking experience.
